It's important to close the loop with your employees by answering comments, this also helps drive response rates and have your employees feel heard. Try to answer as many of them as possible, even if that answer is just "Thank you for your feedback".
How to notify managers that a comment needs their attention?
In the comment section, click on the hover over the purple Action Button and select the "Notify Manager" button:
From here, you will be able to select any manager who sits below you in the structure and also has access to this comment. You can write them a message letting them know why you think this comment needs their attention.
How will they be notified?
When you notify a manager they will get an email that you nudged them about a comment. They can then click on a link and view the comment and your message to them. Then they can easily start chatting with the user.
