When an Owner or your Admin makes changes to your Butterfly account, you may receive some form of communication. If you are a Manager or a Coach on the company instance, you may receive the following email with the subject line “[Butterfly] You have been removed from "Your Instance Name" account” from us. The message is to inform you that your Owner or Admin just removed you as a manager for the "Your Instance Name" account.
There is nothing you have to do if you were informed about this, but if you believe this happened by mistake, please contact your direct manager or HR.
